Zagarolo, is a small, ancient town 40 kilometers out of Rome.
Built at the time of the Roman Empire, digging inside a mountain of tuff rocks, Zagarolo has very high slopes and narrow alleys. This is one of them. On the background you can see the cathedral of S. Pietro Apostolo. |
